Arvixe is not bad but the biggest problem is their tech support and sometimes they are not willing to help as much as they should or need to. Sometimes issues are not fixed for more than a week. Very disappointing. They sometimes even hang up on you on chat when you're not done.

Looks like that hosting placed in a small room with one computer like server. I have sooooooo many issues with that hosting you cannot imagine.

1. In a month my domain was down avg 100 times ( Response: We have technical issue sorry )

2. If you send bulk mails ( my website have 10000 users and ther try send emails thats means I over limit ): 1000 per hour its nomral for that hosting if over limit they will put their promotion logo and you need to do many many discussion for enable your account. othervise their promotion logo will be forever on your website

3.Speed performance - No comment ( 70% bad)

Just renewed for a 2nd year with them, but their service seems to be degrading a bit. Support which usually answered my tickets within a half hour before now sometimes go over 24 hours without response. The particular problem I had they chose to ignore I ended up fixing on my own, and then they responded telling me everything is working fine. Pfft.

Price wise, they're hard to beat for the features you get. I spiked my bandwidth usage this month to something psychotic by hosting a file for a colleague, so we'll see how they hold to their claims of unlimited storage/bandwidth after this month.

For personal use, I'd say they're pretty good. However, if you're needing speed/reliability I would recommend looking elsewhere or at least one of their dedicated server plans. Their shared hosting service seems to suffer from high latency and while not terrible downtimes, they're definitely not up 99.99% of the time.

i just started with basic plan and trust me i am so happy which i was never with any hosting company there are many benefits with them but few are :

1) the best part online support solves ur probs in minutes.

2) dotNetpanel in ur cpanel simply fast and the best all ur work is done in minutes.

3) trust me my asp.net application runs so fast i even cant believe it works more fast than my localhost with visual studio.

4) google apps and gmail is working absolutely fine.

5) pricing are unbeatable.

they are king in hosting really i hope they maintain their service and position in future also.

Excellent host I could find after lot of online research. Fast response, professional approach and very competitive pricing. Ideal for small businesses like ours who can not spend a fortune on websites. Hope they continue with this level of services.
